Return & Exchange Policy Effective Date: January 1, 2024

 

At House of Peyton, we want you to love your shoes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including dust bags or shoe boxes.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

 

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at houseofpeyton@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

  4. Ship the package using the carrier label provided (if applicable) or your own insured shipping method.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you received free shipping, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund (if stated in your policy).

 

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

  • Exchange shipping is complimentary for orders within the United States of America

 

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

 

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside the United States of American are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

  • Refunds will be issued in USD. Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Final Sale items

  • Worn or damaged shoes
