  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Processing time may be extended during high-volume periods (such as holidays or product launches).

  • Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We ship domestically within the United States.

  • We also offer international shipping to select countries. Availability and rates will be shown at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. House of Peyton is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses.

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

6. Risk of Loss

  • All orders are shipped with tracking. Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • House of Peyton is not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations.
